The staff were all amicable, very attentive. The room was comfy and fine, it had climate control, a laptop-size safe and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was also good and included a tub, which I really enjoyed. The vibe here was quiet.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and the staff was excellent, it had marvellous location close to the main square in Merida. The breakfast was well priced and very very good and there were a great selection of options. Location: the property was near restaurants and attractions and the city centre. Spent a nice evening at Los Trompos, located next door to the venue.
